By registering, you and the child you are registering both understand and agree to the following church rules:

1. Everyone is able and willing to follow all instructed safety guidelines given to you by the church staff and volunteers while on site the church facilities.

2. You release all employees and representatives of Bread of Life Church from all liabilities and claims arising from your participation in our VBS.

3. If your child exhibits any symptoms of sickness within 48 hours of VBS (e.g. mucus, fever, throwing up, etc), you agree to keep them home to stop the spread of sickness.

Photo Release

By registering, you acknowledge that VBS will take photos of your child as part of the event. They will only be used for:

1) Class photos that we distribute to each child as a souvenir of VBS 2024.

2) Slideshow video that we may play within Bread of Life Church property as part of our Sunday presentation.

3) If your child takes part in the Sunday singing presentation, their song presentation may be livestreamed as a part of our worship service.
